Question: Who are Eflex Computers?
Answer: Eflex computers is the trading name of Eflex Limited, a registered business operating primarily within the UK with offices based in Shirley and Coventry in the West Midlands.

Question: When will i receive my order?
Answer: We normally dispatch orders within 2 working days of cleared payment, although during busy periods, it may take up to 5 working days.

Question: Can i return it if i'm unhappy with it?
Answer: We offer a 7 day money back guarantee, excluding the postage costs (Postage costs on laptops will be billed at £9.95 per item)

Question: If i purchase a refurbished laptop / PC what condition will it be in?
Answer: All of our refurbished laptops and desktop computers undertake a detailed and thorough reconditioning process. The laptop / computer system is totally scrubbed to remove all the information from it, including any hidden viruses etc. We then run a hardware diagnostic test to ensure all the components of the laptop / personal computer are fully functional. Any components showing signs of wear or stress are replaced. We then complete the process by reinstalling licensed versions of the software needed such as operating system etc back on to the laptop / PC. Some laptops may have slight marks and scratches on their cases but these will be cosmetic only. We pride ourselves on only selling the highest quality refurbished products.

Question: Are the batteries on refurbished laptops included in the warranty?
Laptop batteries are quickly charged and tested to hold charge, but due to how time consuming it would be we cannot test these laptop batteries fully. Therefore they are sold as working, but there duration is unknown and not warranted.

Question: I am not very technically minded and a bit uncertain about buying a laptop online, what should i do?
