1. Email us at sales@eflexcomputers.com or telephone 01212887010 and let us know the following things: Size of Hard Drive (in Gigabytes) and whether the hard drive is functioning or totally non responsive (dont worry if your laptop or pc wont even turn on, we can still recover your files / photos)

2. We decide whether to send us the whole laptop or PC or just send us the hard drive containing the data you need recovered

3. As soon as we receive your laptop, PC or the hard drive we can then recover your data

4. We can back up your data onto any medium you require, USB, DVD, CD or even copy the information onto a brand new hard drive!

5. We then send your laptop, PC or hard drive back to you along you your recovered files, the return cost is already covered in our fee and if we cant recover your data then we dont charge you a penny!
